October 30, 2023 - Cleaning begins. Floor of shed has enough space cleared out for walking through.

October 31, 2023 - I did a lot of heavy lifting yesterday and I'm tired. Focused on cleaning main desk.

November 1, 2023 - Continued cleaning desk.

November 2nd, 2023 - Completed cleaning desk.

November 3rd, 2023 - A few machines that were taken out of the shed are brought in for testing. Some work, some don't.
I spent some time testing power supply units and while most of them worked fine, some didn't.
A lot of machines seem to have faulty motherboards.

November 4th, 2023 - Tested PSU's and skinned a few machines. Got the working parts and set them aside.
If I see another motherboard with bad caps, I will eat an entire keyboard. Fr fr no cap.

November 5th, 2023 - I don't work on Sundays.

November 6th, 2023 - Came in and tested some hard drives using Victoria. Most of them are faulty.
I won't be surprised if the majority of them are failing and I only get a handful worth saving.

November 7th, 2023 - Testing more drives from my stack. One of them had a folder named "mi pene el muy grande",
which gave me a chuckle. Judging from the Eminem and Nickleback albums in the "My Music" folder, I'm going to
assume this drive may have belonged to my brother at some point. I later tested some laptops.
Found ten that I think I can refurbish. Perhaps some can be updated and sold. It's almost time for the holidays, after all.
They'd make great gifts for kids with Linux and some free games slapped on there.

November 8th, 2023 - I'm feeling burnt out from all the heavy lifting, so I'm probably going to slow things down in the next couple
of days. I tested one tower today and there was no display. I'm not sure why, and I don't have a video card that's ancient enough
to test it that isn't buried right now. I'm taking the rest of the day off when it comes to computer work.

November 16th, 2023 - I have not spent a lot of time in the shed, partially due to the rain, but mostly because I've been taking a
break from computer work. I recently did some work setting up a laptop that's intended to be a Christmas gift for a kid.
I set it up with Linux and preinstalled plenty of cool stuff and games, as well as included security filters in the browser.
This is the best part of my job.

November 27th, 2023 - I haven't been in the shed for a while. It's been cold and raining. I had a nightmare the other night
that there were several computers lined up outside of the shed getting rained on. Glad it was just a bad dream.
I doubt I'll be doing very much work outside any time soon. And now that I think of it, I don't really know why I originally
planned for this blog to be strictly documenting computer work. I do lots of other things.

I've not been feeling well lately. I've not been feeling well for a few months now, really. It's only gotten worse as time goes on.
The older I get, the more I believe that almost nothing in life is permanent. Sure, there are a few exceptions to this rule, death
being one of them. It is an inevitability. We all were formed from dust, and to dust we shall return.
Does this mean that expending effort as a whole is a wasteful endeavour since everything will eventually be lost to time? I would disagree.
All the more reason to, actually. You can aknowledge that nothing is permanent and still pursue personal dreams and goals.
If you live to read this, why allow the fruits of your labour to spoil when the picking is ripe, right now?
I'd very much like to enjoy the limited amount of time that I have for existing. However it's difficult to do that when I'm fatigued beyond
belief. I'm yawning as I write this. I could probably sleep for several days straight and still wake up feeling drained.
This is severely affecting my ability to function.

I wanted to delve further but I actually can't bother typing any more. Maybe later.

November 29, 2023 - It's been a surprisingly decent day today. I've had enough energy to sort some things out at my work desk.

November 30, 2023 - I am eating a tuna sandwich. The bread was perfectly toasted and crisp. Today is a good day.

December 31, 2023 - It's almost New Years, and with every new year comes new beginnings. I wonder what will happen.

March 7, 2023 - I haven't updated in a while. Things seem to be getting better, slowly. With the warmth of the sun comes a rejuvination of my spirit.
I have been very busy. There is much to do.
